Q. Can I personally view your Limousines before I commit to your company?
A. Yes, but you will need to call first and make an appointment to personally view our fleet, since we are not always in the office at a specific time or day.
Q. What if I do not have the time to visit your showroom to view your Limousines?
A. You can be assured that the photos in Celebrity Limousine's website are ACTUAL photos of our limousines, taken by our professional photographer, and not photos downloaded from a website of another company. What you see on our website, is what you get. Do not accept the old line when your limousine arrives ( The limo that you reserved is not available, so we sent you this one ), unless it is an upgraded limousine of course. On a rare occaision, the limousine that you reserved will not be available for numerous reasons. In the event that this happens, Celebrity Limousine will make every effort to send an upgraded limousine if possible. This will of course be done at no additional charge to you.
Q. How much advance notice do I need to give you to reserve a Limousine?
Don't wait for the last minute.
To be guaranteed the vehicles you want, book as soon as you can. For a wedding, we recommend you book 6 months to a year in advance.
Q. What kind of limo to book?
A. The two main factors are age of vehicle and the size. The newer the car and the larger the car, the more it costs. Newer cars like Celebrity Limousine's have more amenities than older cars, which were lucky to have a radio. Ask what year the cars are! Beware of any company that refuses to tell you! (It's old!) Make sure the car you pick is written on the contract.
Q. Is your company licensed and insured?
A. Yes! Celebrity Limousine is licensed by the state of Kentucky, and has authority to opperate anywhere in the state. We are completely insured as required by the state.
Q. Do your Chauffeurs have a Commercial Driving License?
A. Yes! All of our drivers that drive any of our Limousines that seat 16 or more passengers must have a CDL with a passenger endorsement as required by the State of Kentucky.
Q. Is smoking or eating allowed in your Limousines?
A. Sorry, all of our Limousines are non smoking vehicles. We do not allow eating in the Limousines. The reason for this policy is the lingering odors that develop from tobacco products and various types of food.
Q. Is alcoholic beverages allowed in your Limousines?
A. Yes! As long as all of the passengers that are drinking alcohol are at least 21 years of age.
Q. Does your company supply the alcoholic beverages?
A. No! Celebrity Limousine, does not supply alcoholic beverages. It is illegal for a Limousine company to supply alcoholic beverages in the state of Kentucky. We do however supply ice, rocks glasses, and champaign flutes in all Limousines. Bottled water and soft drinks are available upon request.
Q. Will I receive a written contract?
Q. What are your payment terms?
A. At the time of booking your Limousine, we require a 50% deposit to reserve the vehicle. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days prior to the charter, unless other prior arrangements have been made.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money orders and Cash. We will also accept your personal check if approved by our office prior to the charter.
Q. Do you match other competitors prices?
The biggest mistake you can make when shopping for Limousine service is shopping for the (Lowest Price) Company. HUGE MISTAKE!!
In the Limousine industry, there are many variances in both quality and price. More often than not, the cheaper price, translates into a bad experience or a larger risk for you and your party. Most people would not choose a five star restaurant or hotel based on price alone for a special occasion, yet more often than not, when people shop for Limousine service, they tend to want the cheapest price & Five star service. You can't have both! When you shop for Limousine service based on price alone, you will most likely be frustrated and disappointed with your Limousine experience.
Old vehicles, dangerous vehicles, under insured companies, poor service, unprofessional or under trained Chauffeurs with poor hygiene, are all possible results of the (Lowest Price Guaranteed Companies).
