Our Favorite Bourbon Trail Stops
One of our favorite parts of showing people around Kentucky is the Bourbon Trail. Kentucky is home to the world’s finest bourbon distilleries, and we here at Celebrity Limousine have spent the past twenty years or more exploring all of the fantastic, historic distilleries dotted among the scenic Kentucky countryside. Booking a tour with us means you get a custom-catered experience to explore all of the excellent distilleries along the bourbon trail. But before you book, we’d like to share some of our favorite Bourbon Trail stops.

Woodford Reserve
Located in Versailles, Kentucky, the
Woodford Reserve Distillery is a National Historic Landmark where bourbon has been made since 1812. With their iconic copper pot stills and cypress fermentation tanks, Woodford Reserve makes many stunning, unique bourbons that combine the traditions of the past with modern iteration.
Four Roses
The Four Roses Spanish-Mission style distillery, located just outside of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, looks out over the scenic Salt River. We love their selection of signature mellow bourbons, and they are one of the only distilleries to use a single-story rack warehouse to age their bourbons, making
Four Roses one of our favorite stops on the bourbon trail.
Wild Turkey
Right outside Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, is the
Wild Turkey distillery. This stop on the bourbon trail is perfect for those who want to enjoy all kinds of cocktails, as the Wild Turkey distillery has three indoor & outdoor bars with an expert bar team that really knows how to showcase the over a century of bourbon-making tradition found here.
Maker’s Mark
With their iconic wax-dipped bottles,
Maker’s Mark is a for sure stop on tour along the bourbon trail. Located in Loretto, Kentucky, on the scenic Star Hill Farm, the Maker’s Mark distillery offers a fantastic tour that takes you through the whole bourbon-making process from beginning to end, and you can even wax-dip your very own bottle.
James B. Beam
The producers of the world-famous Jim Beam Bourbon, the James B. Beam Distilling Co., are based in Clermont and Boston, Kentucky. There, eight generations of the Beam family, tracing back to 1795, have been refining their bourbon recipes into a range of stunning selections.
Willet
Found in Bardstown, Kentucky, the Willet Distillery has been making some of the finest bourbon for over 90 years. With a family legacy stretching back long before then, Willet Distillery offers a true sense of southern hospitality on its tours, which is why it is one of our favorite stops.
Buffalo Trace
Buffalo Trace is the oldest continually operating distillery in America, having made their bourbon just outside Frankfort, Kentucky, for over 200 years. The world’s most award-winning distillery, Buffalo Trace, is an essential stop for anyone touring the Bourbon Trail.
